1. Returns & Cancellations Policy

Returns & Exchanges – General Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return or exchange period from the date you receive your item.

  • Once your return is delivered to us, we will inspect it within 72 hours.
  • After approval, exchange orders will be processed and shipped according to our standard delivery times.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional working days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed.
2. Black Friday & Cyber Monday Policy

During our sale period (November 6 – December 3), all purchases are non-refundable.

However, we offer a 14-day exchange or store credit option from the delivery date:

  • If you are not satisfied or need a different size, you can request an exchange within 14 days.
  • Standard-size items can be exchanged for another size or product.
  • Customized items cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Return Conditions & Exceptions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resellable condition
  • All original packaging and included items must be returned

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Clearance or discounted items (final sale).
  • We may reject returns that do not meet these requirements
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 working days.
4. Returns & Alterations
  • We provide free return shipping
  • You can message us to request a return.

For custom orders:

  • Our team may recommend size changes based on your measurements
  • If you decide not to follow our suggestions, we will make the item as per your request
5. Custom Orders (Made-to-Measure)

We try our best to give you a perfect fit. However:

  • We may share product photos before shipping for your approval.
  • Please provide accurate measurements to avoid size issues.

Refund Policy for Custom Items:

  • Custom items are non-refundable, as they are made especially for you.
6. Order Cancellations
  • You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
  • Once the order is shipped or in customs, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In this case, you will need to receive the item and return it at your own cost and we will also deduct a shipping charge from the order amount.
7. Order Processing & Pricing
  • Prices and availability can change at any time without notice.
